This time I will share knowledge about learning outcomes in the Soft Skills class in Generation GIGIH 2.0

The Instructor Class in this case is Kak Fariz Adlan Saputra

The material presented in class is very cool and makes my knowledge increase.

what I understand is about the terms fixed mindset and growth mindset

fixed mindset is our mindset that already has a patent, meaning that if we have done or received an assignment, he will do it according to its terms and not look for ways to see if the provisions are still relevant to follow or there are many things that need to be updated. by having this mindset, a person will not or difficult to develop in some time.

growth mindset is the behavior of someone who wants to do better than what has been determined and wants to be different from the others. other than that someone who has this mindset usually they will find out a lot of new things in various ways in order to have an extensive literature, the core goal is to have a better impact than what has been determined. because in today’s very complex era, a growth mindset is very important and must be owned by everyone who wants to contribute to making a better impact.
